Les Champs de Thémis, a wine domaine in Bouzeron, Burgundy, was established in 2014 by Xavier Moissenet, a former magistrate who transitioned to winemaking. The domaine is named after Thémis, the Greek goddess of
justice, symbolizing the connection between Moissenet's legal background and his new venture. The estate focuses on organic viticulture, cultivating Aligoté grapes in the Bouzeron appellation, which is the only appellation in Burgundy solely dedicated to this variety.
