In 2006, Frédéric Cossard and his partner Laure founded their estate, marking a new chapter
that also saw them begin sourcing grapes from Burgundy’s most historic appellations. In the
vineyards, every parcel is worked biodynamically, with horse ploughing between the rows a rare
