J.M. GOULARD
J.M. GOULARD was founded by Paul GOULARD, a dedicated farmer and wine-grower known for his caring and generous nature. His son, Jean-Marie GOULARD, joined him in working the family estate. In 1978, Jean-Marie and his wife Martine established their own estate, focusing on producing high-quality champagne using traditional viticulture methods. They continued the legacy of their ancestors, who were gardeners and farmers, by meticulously tending to their crops.
The couple's three sons—Sébastien, Sylvain, and Damien—grew up with a deep appreciation for the champagne industry, often meeting with connoisseurs of J.M. GOULARD. In 2012, Damien took over the operations, driven by a commitment to uphold his parents' traditions and explore the unique terroir of the Massif de St Thierry in their wines.
