CHAMPAGNE REMI LEROY
Rémi Leroy, based in Meurville in the Côte des Bar, took over his family's 9ha estate and now vinifies about a third of the grapes under his own label. With 70% of his vineyards planted with Pinot Noir, and the rest divided between Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier (with increasing Chardonnay), his approach combines traditional methods with minimal intervention. Rémi’s wines are crafted with natural yeasts and very low SO2 additions, resulting in balanced, age-worthy Champagnes that showcase the unique terroir of the Aube region.
