Simon Colin, a young winemaker from a well-known Burgundy family, established his own domaine in 2021, inheriting vineyards from his father, Philippe Colin. Prior to this, he honed his skills through experience at his uncle Bruno's vineyard, his father's South African estate, and Domaine Etienne Sauzet, as well as producing
his own wines under the Simon Colin label since 2017. He's known for a winemaking philosophy that blends family tradition with a commitment to organic and biodynamic practices.
